Two leading researchers from the PITCH project, Dolly Jørgensen (UiS) and Rodney Harrison (UCL) gave presentations to the Finnish Museums Association members as part of the Heritage Futures in Museums & Society afternoon seminar on 8 October 2026. The presentations highlighted the role of museums in creating sustainable and just futures. Our PITCH representatives discussed how museums can create a future legacy through a focus on skills, actions and choices based on sustainable values that everyone can implement in their everyday lives. Through this knowledge exchange, PITCH is supporting the Finnish Museum Association’s recently launched Future Museums Network.
